Author Topic: JE SUIS CHARLIE: 12 killed at French magazine HQ [UPDATE: TERRORISTS ARE DEAD]  (Read 7783 times)

im sticking to what the bible and torah say.
because thats it. no 100s of years of preaching can change it.
people can change, and thats fine. but they are only falling further and further from the faith.
so you are either a good person, or a legit christian/jew/muslim.
there is no both ways about it. those books are end all knowledge for you people.
But the Bible has and will never be 100% considered the word of God.

We find things immoral over time and consider, through the Pope (at least for Catholicism), that it was man who required those verses (obviously in Leveticus, where it was a book made for Levite priests).
God, apparently, would be able to see that our morals change over time and that restricting it wouldn't give us free will and allow us to properly love one another.

whatever you say.

you guys make it up as you go along and pick and choose what you do and dont like.
its clear that book is meaningless but you still all use it as a tool.

your new made up religion isnt even christianity anymore. yet you still all defend the faith based on thousands of differing beliefs.
how silly

every other christian translates it different by the day, depending how he was feeling that morning. it really is pointless lol

they were just delivering some magazines to the HQ :cookieMonster:

the religion of peace strikes again, multiculturalism wins once more
Derontchi v3

Also wtf, the guy was only making fun of Islam, and made fun of all religion in general. I mean, it's not like he was some bigoted starfish who hates Muslims, the guy was just lightheartedly poking fun at fundamentalism.

This is just something.

Two guys with an RPG and three Kalashnikovs destroy a building where a magazine that printed satirical articles and comics was made. They kill 12 innocent people in the name of Islam.

Then they go out and riddle Paris with bullets, eventually getting away, but not before shooting and executing a police officer.

The police officer, Ahmed Merabet, was Muslim, yet was killed, apparently, for Islam.

The world is very strange sometimes.

I'm agnostic.

The basis of Christianity is that you must be a loving human being following God's will and Jesus' example.
Unless you want to be arrested by the Pope's security forces for finding someone for committing adultery (or something of that sort that requires stoning, in context of the Bible) and stoning them to death, you will be a loving idiot for doing so.

The Bible (or the Bible's books, really) were written in the context of the time they were written. If they same thing happened in our time (regardless of someone being seen crazy for saying they are the mesiah or claiming they talked to God), the Bible would be written differently.

Not really. The majority of victims of terrorism are Muslims, and are killed by radical groups like CIA. Terrorists find ways to justify killing other people including Muslims by twisting Quranic verses.

Two suspects are accused and currently searched

The only rational response would be for everyone to publish images of Muhammad at once.

Ya can't kill everyone.
