Wrong.
I've played it at least 25 times and no matter how many As and Ss I get I cant beat my B from the first playthrough.

Those are leveled at insane, not hard. There's a clear difference between the two. Also that's debatable since those are not really mapped out well and are just kind of random. The best insane maps that are well mapped would include
