how do you instantly zoom into something in sony vegas without it panning?

hello all, i am currently making something in SV13 but my problem is i can't zoom into something instantly without it panning over slowly or moving around. i know hillkill made a topic not too long ago regarding the same question but he never said how he really did it. any help would be appreciated!

double up they keyframes so there's two keyframes directly next to eachother. the first keyframe is unzoomed and then the one on the very next frame is zoomed. or turn off interpolation somehow
