Prussia has approached the country for annexation of the territory but was rebuffed, and now comes to the negotiating table one last time. Denmark, unfazed, believes the world will see the true justice in such a dilemma, and calls for a crCIA.

The remaining Great Powers must now either take a side to aid in providing a diplomatic resolution or announce their abstention. If a solution is not reached quickly enough, then a war will begin.

The units begin to move back to the coast to evacuate the city of Tampico after orders to withdraw were received. The blockade focuses on the path to the evacuation ships to protect them as they move back to their own ships.

The army reoccupies the city of Tampico and the blockade of it departs. Mexico gives a portion of condottieri (10,000 troops) in reparations as well, for the following 10 years. They will be returned afterwards.

After the bloody splat on Tampico with the French, the army of 200,000 are sent into Confederate territory down south- their first target is Brownsville and El Paso. They move on and occupy them- not harming civilians but taking slaves and impressing them into their army. They also hurt infrastructure but burning farms next to relatively large cities in Tejas.

The majority of defensive troops move to Monterrey and the Confederate border.

After sinking two wooden Union ships, the Confederate ironclad "The Merriac" battles the Union ironclad "The Monitor" to a draw. Wooden ships are officially obsolete.

The Union Blockade of the South moves into the Mississippi River, blocking New Orleans from Southern supply via the Gulf or the Mississippi, and effectively capturing it (as part of the Anaconda Plan.)
