i can't hear some blockland sounds

I can't hear Rocket Launcher sounds. And heck, I consider that a good thing.

Maybe it is because you downloaded a bad add-on and it is messing with your Blockland game.
And don't tell me "I've already reinstalled it" because that still might not help if you keep your add-ons.

I had this same problem, I was happy, so I just disabled all of my sounds :3

i know but i reinstalled it "with out keeping add-ons" and it still did not fix
