Whelp, uninstalling TnB because it caused script errors, and basically put a lot of weight on my Gmod, causing it to go slow sometimes. Thank god I made backup files for every file TnB replaced, all except for the "sound" file, but that shouldn't hurt much.

R.I.P. Original Gmod Files, you're being replaced by better versions that are just like you.
