It is not released and probably not even fully scripted. I'm removing the model from my server since so many people think it's a full add-on.

someone scripted it and used the model but maybe its not perfect so they didnt decide to release it

This morning I woke up and for whatever bizarre reason I though someone has bumped the dead TRON add-ons thread again. I come to the forums and lo and behold what is back again. Sigh.
