What word aren't we allowed to use to go exactly and where are we going?

1. Isn't it "Ma'am" and not "Mam"? Also, why four question marks?

2. "Suggestive Sell"? Also, "Would on you like..", what is this even supposed to mean?

And what's with asking the customer for cheese or "just regular" and then just shouting at them to use common sence and ...psychology?

3. Yadda-yadda every first letter is capitalized, etc, however, there isn't a question mark at the end

4. More first letter capitalizing, and now there's FIVE question marks? And after a period! And why is the 'O' in "Go" the only non-upper-case letter in that line?

5. WHY ARE WE SCREAMING AT THE CUSTOMERS? And why is there a space before the five exclamation points?

Also, "Come Back & See Us Again" (no period?) sounds a little weird, usually it's something like "Please come again!"
