Like if you were an actor on a TV show that has to yell a lot does your body think you are under a lot of stress even though you're not?

i think i've read something that said the placebo effect applies to that too
so if you think it you will become stressed

People have forced themselves to cry so I assume forcing yourself to be stressed out is a thing.
