if you dont know, the census does count non citizens because not doing so is dumb - they exist in the country so why wouldn’t you want to get statistics on their presence? they cannot magically vote just because they’ve been counted in the census or anything
but their presence counts towards their state's electoral college value, congressional representive amount and some states HAVE started allowing non-citizens to vote.
supposedly in local elections only, but unless their seperating the ballots by local and federal, as well as IDing their voters, than this is likely just a bs excuse to shut people up.
