...this place is still around? Oh god, my memories are starting to come back.

The fact that you handicaps are sitting here not understanding why you're part of the problem is why you're part of the problem
Would you actually care to explain

this puts into words the inane double standards/issues of modern far left ideology pretty well. too bad it also carries insults and snide comments, which enable the target audience (people on the left that dont realize their extreme overcompensation) to paint him as biased rather than trying to be reasonable here.

if there wasnt any of that i would share this with any extreme left person i know/meet
Not sure I agree, and I'm fairly liberal for American standards while being critical of authoritarian tactics from the left.

His comparison to "gay national socialists" is beyond insultingly stupid, and his remarks about opposing student protesters is a total bait and switch. He loving gathered outside people who don't attend JHU to combat the students and vandalized the building with boltcutters.

You guys can keep fapping to your socialist utopia all you want, Venezuela's current stuff-ridden state and the UK's year-long wait list for toe surgery are proof enough that we don't need that dumb stuff over there
Some social programs are necessary but let's not pretend like most of them are a bandaid and not a solution to any problem the people under them have
Ok fine, then let's try asking you specifics:

What is your opinion on the current state of healthcare in the US? I'm certainly not happy about it, and I think the idea that the wealthiest nation on the planet not being able to afford universal health while the rest of the developed world can is a bit ludicrous.

7
Sure, let's just not focus on the fact you generalized left-wing politics with violence. It's only the libtards that make factless assumptions towards people and groups, amirite?

8
you can just ask if you want a hell in a cell match
Deus Ex will use his favorite Annoying Orange-style WWE moves.

I don't eat crow because I made a wrong assumption, lmfao

I said I thought it would be a lefty, I was wrong, oh well, I'm not gonna apologize or cry over it, forget off

An assumption that was apparently valid and not spoon-fed, eh?
All you have is mockery when people make valid points that you can't respond to, clitsniffer
You can literally say the same about yourself, at least I'm not making the surface level corporate spoon-fed assumption here

I think it's quite hilarious how you insult liberals' intellects.

even better
False flag attack by some dipstuff antifa type is more likely than a right wing terrorist plot.

The timing so close to midterms is too convenient, for one. This would just energize the democratic base.

Someone smart enough to make the bombs also wired them in such a way that they would not detonate at all.

Whoever sent these had no intention of harming anyone. This is just a scare tactic and people are already smelling the rat stuff

Shouldn't you be eating crow by now?

i can't tell what's more insufferable

the incredibly stupid, close-minded radical you shared or your style of writing

Off Topic / Re: Make an argument against incest that isn't religious.

from a biological standpoint rape is a superior reproduction strategy. morals are arbitrary. saying incest is immoral is literally a baseless argument because morals are subjective and don't actually exist. is it immoral in the united states? how about in africa? middle east? rather than get some specific sociology answer for each you just say forget it and realize that morals don't exist.

incest is unnatural. but it's one unnatural behavior that composes the thousands of unnatural behaviors humans exhibit. it's also probably the least damaging of all of them. other unnatural behavior includes alcohol consumption, overeating, and Self Delete
I'm not saying morality in the context of human beings is objective, but you can absolutely make an evolutionary argument that no, incest is immoral and undesirable. It results in bad biological results, therefore that influences our perception that it's bad. Biology doesn't make morality objective, but it does influence it and you can say no, this is a bad decision to make in that context.

And your point of rape is not so simple. One could make the argument that human empathy has evolved, which fuels society to make laws against rape.

Likewise higher prevalence of genetic immunity and good traits
How does incest produce a higher prevalence of good traits? The cons greatly outweigh the benefits.

And i don't think anyone here is giving a good answer either.
"Incest is immoral" "Incest is unnatural" but that's not an answer, that's just restating the question: why is it immoral/unnatural
Biologically, two sets of genes mating that come from the same parents is beyond dangerous for offspring.

It makes perfect sense why human beings have evolved to show disgust towards incest...

...Morality partially stems from evolution and biology. There are legitimate moral grievances to be had.

It's not morally wrong or right for two consenting adults to have love.
We were talking about incestuous relationships, not just two consenting adults.

From a biological standpoint, it is morally wrong for two family members, regardless of age or consent, to have love.

Um, it's abusive in the fact that family members have a certain tradition of closeness and bond both physically and mentally that you can easily exploit. You're not giving your family members a proper experience in the dating scene. Biologically, two sets of genes mating that come from the same parents is beyond dangerous for offspring.

It makes perfect sense why human beings have evolved to show disgust towards incest. You're a creepy forget if you engage in it.

There are legal arguments against incest, just like there are legal arguments against loving dogs. But there are no moral or religious arguments for either one. It's still loving disgusting to forget dogs though
Wrong. Morality partially stems from evolution and biology. There are legitimate moral grievances to be had.

Off Topic / Re: Scratch 3.0 is coming in January of 2019

Man, I know this is 100% anecdotal, but I think there are things to be said about the experiences, of young kids, especially gained from using Scratch.

Scratch for me when I was around 10 was an introduction to the world of computer programming in the most general of senses. I always wanted to have some sort of picture and understanding about what I heard at home or in school about "computer code". What is it? How does it work? Can you just tell a computer to do something by writing instructions it can understand? To a young boy or girl, that can be mindblowing.

Scratch for many kids is more than that. It's a total creative outlet. It's an inspiration for pre-teens to make their own games or presentations. You have a place to interact with friendly computer technicians who work for MIT. It's a community for kids to hang out and just have fun.

Yes, it is quite different than actual programming. But is it a bad thing for an educational and fun tool to provide only the basics? Personally, it's fueled my curiosity to learn more and more about how computers work and how to program more efficiently. It can lead you into a Computer Science degree if you had the fondest of memories with other people just having a damn lot of fun.

Maybe I'm too nostalgic and optimistic about Scratch, but it honestly is heartwarming to me that a group of passionate computer geeks from freaking MIT came together and continue to support this great, admirable, educational, and productive platform for nerdy kids. I'm certainly thankful.
