Whats wrong with it? Is there a console error? Are people crashing? Do the events not work?

Not required, unless you set it up that way :>. Also, it can have events.
It should have events like on raft true(If you have enough wood to make a raft), and OnActivate>Player>OpenFletchingGUI, and what is an arrow shaft?

Ah, thanks Kalphiter!  Pretty sure I did this one correctly, please check this one out.  I have included my version of Blockland (add-ons and such) and a freshly installed Blockland.

Sorry for double post.

I think we should be working on the skills and take a break from quests.

And here is what I wrote for the fletching quest line(for when we have the fletching skill):
Fletching Questline-
1. You need to go learn how to make a bow at the bow shop from the fletching master
2. Then you have to cut down 5 tree's
3. Then you go back to the fletching master and make a bow(which you get to keep)
4. Then you need to go out back of the bow shop and do target practice with moving targets
5. Then you go back in and talk to the fletching master then he tells you "Go chop down 15 trees and make a boat with this chisel(He gives you a chisel) at the top of the river, sail down it and you will get your new teacher".
6. You chop down 15 trees.
7. You go to the top of the river and make a boat.
8. You sail down the river untill you get to the bottom.
9. You get to the bottom and meet your new teacher...
