This is a 'poll' to see what the largest amount of bricks there can be in a server before you lag out of the server.

Mine is 256000-aka, largest amount of bricks that blockland allows, unfortunately.  Just post a number, this is so that I can see how many people will be able to go to the CCC.

Suggestions & Requests / GIF prints.

We have had suggestions on the forums asking someone to create the ability to print movies on to bricks and watch movies like that.  I'm just asking someone to make four GIFs with four prints in each GIF.  This way, we can create TVs that work but not a lot of datablocks to be used for prints.

And make them using Blockland with Blocklanders, not a video of real people from youtube.

Description: The Clan Corporation Center, or CCC, is a building that houses a large arena for musical performances, sporting events, and what ever else you can think of.  Underneath the arena, there are booths where clans can showcase their clans.  The CCC is open to any and all clans who sign up, no matter how big, small, popular, or well known they are, the only restriction is that clans need to have more than one person in it for your clan to be accepted.  For clans that sign up, you get a suite that has a good view of the arena and all of its activities.  All that is needed is an application and you are on your way.

Performances: You can also participate in an performance, whether by yourself or with your clan or friends.  All that is needed is an application and you are on your way.

Progress: So far, I have completed the large section of the arena for seating along with the default design for the clan suites, as is seen in the pictures.  As Kalphiter had suggested, the brick count will be crazy high if I continue with my current set up.  I will most likely halve the height of the three segments that make up the seating section, so that instead of having 880 seats/section, it will only have 440 seats/section, 220 on the half sections by the corners.  This will come to a total of 5280 seats, wow, just realized that's about one and a half miles of seating, one seat is about one and a half feet.

I plan to be finished with the construction of this by the start of this summer, but with finals and AP tests coming up, I'm not so sure.

The lowest level is level C, then B, then M, then finally at the top R, spelling RMBC.










The RMBC in the picture is the clan name of the suite.  This will be replaced by your clan abbreviation (must be one to four letters long).












This is what the suites will look like from the arena.  I'll either directly stack them or shift them slightly to create an amphitheater look.


This is the window where two suites connect.  It's an angled window in real life, but I didn't have an angled upright print plate.


This is what the suites will look like from the hallway, excpet there will be another layer of bricks to form the hallway wall.  The black brick in between the upper and lower suites is a cutaway of the floor.

I made this in about a week of on and off building.  It is still wip, I still have to add the control tower and the lights, but is playable.








Those red lines in the gap in the fence are the spawns for the players and zone bricks that give the players their helmets and keep people from getting off the field


The large boxes are the zonebricks that do the touchdown function.



Yes, there are events in it.  So far I have made the touch down work, adds points to the person who scores it.  The next thing I'll do is  field goal set up.  I'll also work on getting the score board put up and working.

Help / VCE variable replacer-check what ui the player is holding?

is there a variable replacer for what ui the player is holding.

Im doing this for my new football game.  There are zonebricks at either touchdown and if the player with the football goes in these zone bricks, then they get the points.  But i need a variable replacer to check what the player has in their hand to see if they can get the points

Also, is the throw mod broken?  It glitches te person out who is being thrown.

I really like the pole bricks, but i was wondering if someone could make angled pole bricks, with the necessary connectors to connect to the horizontal and vertical pole bricks.

Oh, and the missing bricks for the connectors, such as there isn't a four-way pole brick.

General Discussion / Clan Corporation Center sign-up

So I will be building a new thing called the Clan Corporation Center.  It is based off of the Verizon Center.  Within the CCC, we will hold sporting events, award ceremonies, and music concerts.

When the building is complete, there will be small rooms, or suites, in the amphitheater area that clans can sign up for to 'rent'. From these rooms, the clan members may watch the various activities going on.

Before and after the shows, clans may advertise for their clans in their own clan boothes on the base level for all to see.  

But, because entertainment will be required, people can sign up to perform in the various activities.

The CCC will be segmented into sections, each holding clans that are similar to eachother.

Below is the sign-up form for getting a suite.  Please copy and paste this into your reply and fill in the information.  An example using my clan is given in parenthesis and a description follows after a dash.  Anything with a * is optional if applicable

Help / Extreme bouts of lag

I had been playing blockland in my own server when all of a sudden, a huge amount of lag occured, without anything triggering it.  The lag was there for about 10 seconds before switching views and lagging again.  This happened for half a minute.  After all of the lag was over, i pressed shift+tab to look if any add-ons might have done this, that's when my biggest issue occured.  After pressing shift+tab, blockland froze up completely and my computer made the erroe sound.  I pressed shift+tab two more time while the computer was still frozen and it made the same erroe noise.  After a while, I pressed alt+esc to exit the program as I usually do thinking that it was something on my desktop lagging me.  Once the desktop came up, there were three of the same error message, for every time I pressed shift+tab, unfortunately they went away before i could look at them.  Seeing how the error messages were gone and blockland was still running, i clicked on the existing blockland program to initiate it.  This only quit blockland and no error message appeared, nor did anything show up that i saw in the console log.

I'm switching the terrain of my Island City RPG over to the GSF Modular Terrain Bricks and whenever I build with them, the terrain looks sloppy.  Can anyone come to my server and do the terrain for me, teaching me in the process?  It would help a lot.

And no, this does not go into suggestions and requests/help.  I am not requesting a new add-on nor is my game messed up.
