If you live near Virginia you probably heard about the rocket liftoff rescheduled for tonight and that if would be visible in the sky, but after lifting-off it blew up

This wasn't a NASA rocket, it was an Orbital Sciences rocket.

CNN is blowing this out of proportion saying this was a classified crypto mission when it was just a CRS resupply for the ISS.

I saw this live too and I wonder why the automatic abort explosion wasn't triggered while in air to minimize the pad damage.
