I made a script for binary input/output and conversion as well as a script which creates a new binary save format and can convert saves back and forth.
Since I don't get your "database" request, can I just submit that lol?

theres rows and columns or keys and values and the keys are bl_ids values are things like mining levels money etc

I don't know, I must be a really bad organizer but I thought the tasks I've set out so far were pretty easy. I promise I'll try and make the next task easier to understand and fun at the same time.
