The production of a few small battleships and one aircraft carrier begins in Constanţa.

A request is made to the Russians for torcreep bomber, dive bomber and fighter designs.

A request is made to Turkey for free passage through the Bosphorus and Dardanelles straits, as well as the Sea of Marmara.

Land troops are being trained in Transilvania. Tanks are also being produced.

Well Germany has kept bugging Romania to join the Axis. They kept being neutral. Eventually the Joined Romania to acquire some Hungarian territory.

That last sentence is kind of hard to understand.
