That's a perfectly normal reason not to have vehicles on the server - last thing I want to see when I'm building an airport is some jackass deciding it's funny to crash planes into the building. Sure, I could ban them, but that's consuming a whole 30 seconds of my life.
He's trying to build in peace in his own server. Is that a crime?
