blockland.exe? i dual client all the time and that doesn't appear...

Make sure the game files aren't set to 'Read Only'?

Make sure the game folder isn't set to read only, if it isn't, delete cache.db inside

You can't be loading add-ons on two at once.

This, you have lots of adware, you might want to get rid of that.
