Porks awesome because it absolutely soaks up flavor and goes well with everything, even pineapple. RIBS. I'll eat a whole rack of ribs myself and I'm scrawny as forget.
Beefs amazing because it stands up on it's own, you don't need anything besides skillful cooking.
I've found it's not really about the meat but far more about the seasonings/sauce/the cooks skill. Marinading your vegis/meat prior to cooking really makes a difference.
