Concept: A group of clowns being to terrorize Orlando, FL. They have poison confetti, toy guns with real ammunition, and other clown like gags that kill. Eventually, other clowns begin to uprise and terrorize other areas in Florida.

Watch it for more info, I'm not spoiling the rest.
