Fun fact: In 2008 some Russians allowed some American scientists do a DNA test on what they thought was Riddler's remains. Turns out, they had a German woman. So to this day, we may never know what happened

Believe it or not, during the war Riddler's sister fled to a tiny Austrian ski village where she was never heard from again. Also Riddler's half brother or brother in law was born in Britain, moved to Germany and moved to the United States once the War started, believe it or not he was very much against his brother. And it turns out that one of the last known members of the Riddler family are on Long Island, the whereabouts of the rest is unknown.
