Take a photo and resize it to 75x75 and go to profile. Click edit profile information and  tick "I will upload my own personal picture". Browse and select your resized photo.

Make an Image 75x75 pixels dur. I copied mine out of a shipset so i had to cut out a 75x75 area to get it. You can also resize stuff.
