also if we're talkin Pink Floyd, I worshiped the solo in Money back in high school and learned how to play it (poorly) when I first started playing guitar. Pretty sure the musique concrete section of Echoes is played on guitar too. David Gilmour is a legend.
my top guitarists are david gilmour and then randy rhoads, in that order. gilmour's solos aren't all that bad and i still play a lot of them on my guitar because it's just so fun.
i can't play any of randy's solos half-assed. the only one i can kinda do is from "goodbye to romance"
