Help me convert a MDL to a MSH

An MDL is the models valve uses, and an MSH is used by frictional games for amnesia I believe.

Someone give me some help getting an MDL to an MSH for me, everything is being a massive pain in the ass :(

As far as I know Torque does not use .MDL format. Also, General Modification Help.
