you put your email on the PSAT great job

these colleges aren't offering you scholarships OR entry bub, they're just mass sending emails to get people to apply

every college does it

I have my doubts that you are going to be a senior

eg; Algebra II
The lowest level math you can take senior year is Algebra II, and depending on your state, junior year

Yet you said the classes you're taking are too advanced, so I can't believe you're going to be a senior

I'll have to explore my options when I get started, I'll probably do a lot of thinking about it before I even touch TS

if you're aiming to re-create an experience in a new environment rather than make a new one, my first choice would probably be one of the elder scrolls games. of course, that also requires a level of polish to make it work well.

I don't know how to explain myself well, I have a hard time putting my thoughts into words lmao

Basically I want the idea of nothing really being 'historically accurate' or 'realistic', DRPG had quite a sense of fantasy to it, even though it had realistic gameplay

Eg; ores that don't exist, currency being plastic, etc

However, I want to change how the game actually plays entirely

Depends on how you got kicked out/key revoked.
In some cases, you're prevented from coming back, no refund or anything.
yeah I guess you're right

I really have nothing else to argue with

You guys are right, it definitely cannot be argued

The same as you can be kicked out of a movie theater without being given your money back, which is not a digital service
Okay that's a good scenario that I can toy with

So assume you buy two movie tickets online, go to the first movie and get kicked out
Does that mean that you can't see the second movie the next day?

If you don't accept the terms, you can't use the product either. Your point is?
What is preventing you from accepting said terms after the previous account has been revoked, and so now you have nothing to be held against you

It's also Eric's service. He can deny whoever from it. The only thing keeping him from just revoking keys for no reason is that he wont make any money by doing that. That and a sense of morals. Pretty sure there's no law there keeping him down.

That's where you run into legal aspects that I don't know much about.

Assuming you pay for a service or product, legally the person providing it is required to provide them.  However inside the more virtual and nonphysical world where laws haven't caught up, is it still applicable?  If you never accepted terms then how can those terms be used to revoke the product?

Here's the issue I see with the EULA, Badspot feel free to point out my flaw here if I'm incorrect.

Let's say I buy a key and use that key to backdoor scripts, break the game, etc.  Anything to break the EULA
Badspot revokes my key, so I can no longer access the game in either singeplayer or multiplayer.
I can't argue with this, it's clearly stated.

However, assume I buy TWO keys, and I never even read the first key or open the email.
I do something to break the EULA on key 1, and Badspot revokes both keys one and two

Whether or not you're the same person, one account has not accepted the EULA yet, so how can you revoke a product from someone who has never accepted your terms?

And assuming you're going to tie it to the person themselves reading the EULA, and not treating it as accounts (like it legally should), then how well is "Well I assumed from the IP it was the same person", going to stand up in a court of law?

Not saying I'm here to sue Badspot or any stuff like that, these are just legitimate questions I have that I would like to know the answer to, because from what in the EULA that I have read, it's not answered directly.

why would you aim for drpg wtf you have the choice to make something amazing and you just decide you'll make something that's as good as the bar is set to wtf is wrong with you

I'll be replacing the core game element from grinding, still haven't chosen a new one.

Other than that the actual like game elements, like setting/time/etc will be the same

Didn't mean that as any sort of attack.

But I imagine you wouldn't just make every friend and/or clan member admin, and would actually update the server.

Currently working on my own DRPG esque mod.  With some help from pass in the building area, I'll have it done soon

Cyn should just host his own server instead of loving with Pass's.
pass has known about the function

however whatever happened towards when the server was passworded had nothing to do with me nor my function

ive added an echo on the eval function to publicly show who is using it

got my iphone

got an otterbox, thing was a loving beast but it made the phone SO much bigger, i couldnt even fit it comfortably in my jeans pockets

got a lifeproof because they are slimmer, a little less safe in the drop scene, but come on theyre loving waterproof.  still too big

got a very small edge and flat-fall protection case, looked meh, wasnt too safe, but fit kinda well

so i took the case off, dropped my iphone from standing height (~51/2 ft) directly on concrete, didnt break

so to say the least i now use no case
