Off Topic / In the shop...Again -.-

So,yeah.My desktop computer is in the shop again.Sort of typical,Symptoms of virus(s?)were:It took about 20 minutes just to load my start bar.So yeah,its broken.I'm using my piece-of-crap factory reject laptop to post right now,hopefully i can get it back tomorrow.

I just got paint.net,I plan on making some decals for blockland (e.i. Lego soccer,lego Mars mission decals etc...)
But first i need to know some stuff:
1:How to make stuff transparent
2:And how to package stuff.

I just downloaded Paint.net,I plan on learning how to make decals,I already had lots of ideas.
my main idea right now is lego soccer decals,and a few lego pirates decals/faces.
any help/suggestions?
For one i need to know how to make stuff transparent before i make anything.

Hi,I'm Overlad,I just joined Blockland Forums recently.
Due to my vacation to New York City,I couldn't log in,due to having no laptop.
And I recently returned to Blockland.
I play World of Warcraft,Blockland,Overlord 1 & 2,and Alien Shooter Vengeance,to name
a few games I play.
