Off Topic / I don't know what phone to get.

I have Verizon and my 2 year contract needs to be renewed.  I want to upgrade phones during the change because I have an old flip phone.  I really can't decide.  I don't want to spend too much money on it, but I do want something cool.  It can't be a smartphone because I don't have that type of plan.  I would like one of the multimedia 3G phones, but I don't know which one.  I like the enV Touch and my aunt suggested the enV3.  Any suggestions from you guys?  I've seen a lot of topics about phones recently, so I would like to hear some opinions.

I've finally finished everything, and it's pretty damn lovey.

The system is also water cooled, I won't bother to list the parts since only one or two of you will know what I'm talking about.  The cables are individually sleeved black and UV green.  The tubing for the water is UV reactant black.  The reservoir has a green helix with a UV cathode in the center, and there are two cathodes mounted on the top and the bottom of the case.

The GTS 250 is temporary, I've ordered a PNY GTX 480 and it's shipped out and should be in my system this weekend.  I may or may not keep the GTS 250 inside for physx, even though I definitely won't need to.

That has some finished system photos, sorry I didn't fix the blur.  I have more pictures on my laptop, some work in process stuff and the unboxing.  I'll upload them tomorrow and bump the topic.

EDIT:  The pictures are all up now, lots of the building steps.  I also have been pressured to include my friend David who kept all the parts at his apartment (they wouldn't have fit in my dorm room) and did a lot of work on the computer itself (he had tools so he cut the holes in the case and did a bunch of the sleeving).

Off Topic / GTX 480/470 Released

And they're already loving sold out.  Not sure if I want one or not, they apparently reach temperatures around 90 degrees Celsius under load and have massive power consumption.  Pretty nice price though, only $500.  I was expecting around $700.  The next generation of graphics cards has arrived.

Off Topic / PAX East 2010

The Penny Arcade Expo is coming to Boston March 26 - 28.  There is always tons of cool stuff at PAX, demos of new computer tech and games.  Lots of stuff to buy, retro games, memorabilia, etc.  People always dress up as characters from their favorite games too.  I plan on checking out the Nvidia booth where they are demoing the GTX 480s and maybe joining the Bad Company 2 tournament.

I'm going Sunday the 28th and meeting up with Inv3rted so we can make fun of creationists and stuff.  Anybody else going?

It's on G4 right now.  They're interviewing researchstars and showing off the latest carrots and stuff.  It's pretty awesome.  They have a vibrator that syncs to the music of your ipod and vibrates along with the beat.
