Off Topic / Sister's stuffty boyfriend
« on: April 30, 2013, 08:53:04 PM »My sister is about 14-15 years old. A couple months ago she started dating this kid. Everything was fine, my dad didn't like him much though. I was neutral towards him for the time they were together. Anyway, there was this thing about his friend (possibly him as well) getting charged with breaking into a car. He says he didn't do it. My dad now hates him, and about a month after that incident he told my sister she's not allowed to see him anymore. Everything was normal for a while after. I heard the kid was 18 years old, told my dad about it, and he didn't like it one bit either. The kid has tried talking to my dad about it again and again. He says he's really 15 years old, but why tell the truth now?
Here's where the story gets more interesting. My mother has informed me that he comes over while I'm at school,and she and my father are working (my sister does online school). This kid has been getting rides over to my house, and even coming over in a taxi (which my sister pays for).
Today my mother went into the garage at 5:00 to make a phone call, as to not wake anybody up, and when she went inside, she heard an iPhone alarm going off in my sisters room. My sister's door is usually locked. My sister's friend is telling us all of this because she hates the kid too. He came into our house at ~3:00 A.M. and on the way to school I though I saw him at the park near my house. I've been told that he came pack after we all left. My sister even called and asked if we were gone.
tl;dr version:
sister has boyfriend nobody likes
she's not allowed to see him
now he sneaks in
Opinions on this? Anybody have similar experiences?

Kinetic Void is a 3D space adventure with a focus on customization and enjoyable space simulation. Our in game ship builder allows players to construct their ship piece by piece. Each module can be destroyed individually and if a ship’s engines are destroyed, it will be left drifting. If a hull module containing a reactor is knocked out, everything that reactor powered will be useless (unless another reactor can pick up the slack). While in space flight, interactions between objects are governed by the physics engine. Running into an asteroid at high speed will damage your ship and could send you careening off into space. Games / Graphics problem - PLEASE HELP

An item that is removed from the players inventory when it is used on bricks that have an "onFuelUsed" event.
Maybe make a sloshing sound effect when equipped.

Suggestions & Requests / Minigame-reset also respawns bricks

If bricks are shot, blown up, or fakekilled in a mini-game, they only respawn after the mini-game is reset as opposed to respawning after 5 seconds. This would be a lot better for large deathmatches is destructible enviroments as walls don't magically get rebuilt after they're blown up.

I run a Terraria server with two of my friends, and it's hard to type and play at the same time. I need a program that can voice chat (we don't need video) so we can communicate with each other easier.

If you've played Terraria or Borderlands then you'd know what I'm talking about. It would obviously consume lots of space to have hundreds of weapons with every combination of accuracy/fire rate/damage/etc. so would it be possible to have those randomized with each pickup?
