I generally try to keep people off hold while I work. Sometimes I sort of hum/sing while I work so they don't have to just sit there in the quiet. My customer satisfaction rate in my center is the highest in my state.

Honestly, I think Bethesda is gonna knock it out of the loving park. I'm sure it's gonna be incredible in all the right ways even with their trade mark glitches which honestly feel like a signature for Bethesda at this point. If they do nail it, I hope valve takes notes for HL3.
