2. After your PC restarts, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options >Startup settings > Restart. After your PC restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with networking.
If it is working fine, then try in Clean Boot.
This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows. It starts Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.

Note: After troubleshooting, refer to this section "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" in the above link.
If the issue persists, try updating drivers.

If the issue persists, then try to run SFC scan.
Scan for damaged system files. Right-click the Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin). In the Command Prompt window, type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.
Then type dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and hit Enter.
Did you even bother to look at the pictures? It's been doing that over and over and has been for like 2 hours and I'm getting pissed off

That happen's to me alot in my other computer.
it will restart by own, Get IOBit. its a free Antivirus, it might help you see whats the problem or Upgrade you're drivers with Driver Booster. http://www.iobit.com/en/index.php

I've tried looking for guides but it's not working
