No screenshots because I'm at my mom's for the weekend and she had to wipe the computer after it somehow got forgeted up. Gotta reinstall Gmod, all the Workshop addons, CSS, HL2:Episode 2, TF2, and whatever else game I need to mount in Gmod.

You hide in the dark. Your pursuers enter the elevator area, look around, and realize that you've disappeared into thin air.

"Command, this is Viper Two. Lost the contacts. Will attempt to hunt down and terminate with extreme prejudice. No witnesses."

"Roger that, Viper Two. Standing by for further reports."

The elevator soon arrives. A doctor steps out of the elevator...

"Contact! Contact!" Your pursuers shout.

??? 1 shoves the Random Doctor against the wall!
Random Doctor lets out a scream of surprise and tries to break free!
??? 1 shoots the Random Doctor, hitting him in the throat!
Random Doctor clutches at his profusely bleeding throat, gurgles loudly on his own blood, and collapses to the floor, slowly bleeding to death. Blood pools on the ground around his neck, and he eventually ceases all movement and becomes still.

+3 Bloodlust (Now 55%): Witnessed Someone Getting Shot in the Throat

A voice inside the elevator itself begins shrieking. Your pursuers pull a relatively sane inmate out of the elevator...

??? 2 grabs a Relatively Sane Inmate and shoves him against the same blood-stained wall that Random Doctor was shot next to!
Relatively Sane Inmate continues shrieking in terror and punches ??? 2 in the stomach to no effect!
??? 2 shoots the Relatively Sane Inmate in the back of the head only for him to DODGE THE BULLET!
Relatively Sane Inmate whips around and grabs ??? 2's rifle, attempting to wrestle it out of his hands!
??? 3 rushes to the aid of ??? 2, stabbing the Relatively Sane Inmate in the gut!
Relatively Sane Inmate lets out another shriek, this time in pain and agony!
??? 3, his knife still lodged in the gut of the Relatively Sane Inmate, PULLS THE KNIFE UPWARD and slices open the stomach of the Relatively Sane Inmate!
Relatively Sane Inmate clutches at his wounds and sobs uncontrollably.
??? 2 wrestles his gun away from the grip of the Relatively Sane Inmate before drawing a knife and slashing open his throat in one quick move!
Relatively Sane Inmate shivers softly, gurgles blood, and collapses like a sack of potatoes. Blood continues to pour from his wounds and paint the floor red.

The inmate's shrieks sounded strangely familiar. Some of your victims from before you got put in this hospital used to squeal the same way when you gutted them, too! You'd sure love to get back to doing that once you get out of here.

"Let's split up. We'll cover more ground that way. The two of us are going down the elevator. Stay safe." Two troopers get into the elevator and ride it down. The other two stay behind.

"I'm going back to check the doors. Gotta make sure no witnesses entered the hallways. I'll be back." One of your pursuers exits the room. The remaining pursuer stands with his back to you, keeping a close eye on everything that's not in your general direction. What fortune!

You silently piss on the floor and try calming yourself down by pulling a Bear Grylls. Unsurprisingly, this is a bad idea. The horrible taste only serves to increase your bloodlust.

You utilize your Metal Gear skills and silently sneak up on your pursuer. Easy enough, with his back being turned and you hiding in the dark and all. You are now right behind your pursuer, ready to make a stealth kill.

Piss on the doctor's corpse

You unzip your pants and proceed to do the deed. Before you can do so, the deathsquad lines up in a neat formation and riddles you full of lead, causing you to spasm violently and piss everywhere in the middle of your death throes. Amazingly, not a single drop lands on the doctor's corpse.

It's badass time! As the death squad charges into the room, time seems to slow down. You dive through the air firing two pistols at once, dodging several bullets. Then you smash into the wall by accident and knock yourself out. While you're unconscious, the death squad plugs you in the back of the neck.

You've got a bad feeling about this. You yell at the doctor to get away from the windows (He's worth keeping alive for now, after all), whip around, and shoot at the insane inmate in the room to the left. You miss and strike the explosive barrels, causing them to blow up. A massive explosion fills the hallway and then a mysterious gas begins leaking into the air. You're still alive, however, as the explosion wasn't big enough to actually reach you.

+3 Bloodlust (Now 52%): Blew up an insane inmate and a few security guards.
Your Bloodlust level is now at Suspicious. Your disguise may not hold up as well to vigilant security guards and doctors, and you are slowly losing your ability to restrain yourself when performing kills.

You run back into the elevator room, taking notice of how dark it is. Mysteriously, the elevator doors are not open. Someone below you is also using the elevator, and they're coming up right this way! Footsteps and radio chatter fill the air, getting louder and louder as your pursuers close in!

Four weirdos with assault rifles, gas masks, and body armor are hunting your ass down. Again.



The room to the left is obviously an explosive death-trap. You're welcome to try not to get blown up if you go there again, either by the inmate shooting the barrels or your pursuers doing the job themselves, but a logical course of action would be to make a fast retreat to the elevator and hide in the darkness sobbing until the bad men go away. The door to the left doesn't have bulletproof glass, however...

You open the right door, ready to cap whoevers in the dark hallway with your shotgun. What could go wrong---



??? 1 fires a five-round burst from an unknown assault rifle at the doctor, striking the torso five times!
??? 2 switches her fire selector to full-auto and lets it rip, striking the doctor's head three times and the torso seven times!
??? 3 takes aim and fires off a two-round burst at the doctor, striking the head twice!
??? 4 fires off a precisely aimed shot, striking the doctor between the eyes!
The Doctor goes flying backwards from all the bullets as his head and torso burst open from the tremendous overkill.

WARNING: Target Acquired. Take cover or die.

On second thought, nevermind. You don't stand a chance in hell. Let's get the hell out of here! You quickly barge through the left door as your pursuers open fire, narrowly dodging a hail of gunfire while still dragging an unconscious inmate by the balls. The insane inmate turns around and glares at you.

"Daddy's home, kids!" The inmate howls. "And he's not drinking his brains out for once!"

"Hey! Look me in the eyes when I'm talking to you, buddy!" The guard in the same room demands, trying to get the inmates attention.



"Oh, to hell with you, Barry! You never loved me! You never loved the kids! All you ever do is beat them and use them for free money! I've had it with you!" The inmate shrieks at the guard as he whips out a pistol and caps the guard in the gut, causing him to collapse to the floor writhing in agony. Somehow, the guard is still alive.

"Oh my god! Oh my god!" The guards watching the scene unfold in the next room scream. "They shot Joey! They shot Joey!"

"Let's go, kids! Your scumbag father is gone and I've got enough tickets to Hawaii for all of you!" The inmate points his gun at an explosive barrel nearby. Between getting ventilated by a bunch of guys with assault rifles chasing after you and getting blown to pieces, you can't tell which is worse.

You look through the window on the left door to find an inmate babbling manically in a room full of explosive barrels, gasoline cans, corpses, and purple barrels. A lone guard is trying to talk down the crazed inmate.

MEANWHILE, IN THE ROOM DIRECTLY BEHIND THE GUARD...



"Jesus! I mean, I know Joey is a real smooth talker, especially during high school with the ladies and all, but he's loving INSANE to be trying to talk to that raving lunatic... In a room full of barrels and gas cans that could explode any second now."

"That's Joey for you, Robertson. Always was too confident for his own good. Remember when he tried to sweet-talk the principal out of expelling him for causing the incident with the permanent markers, a lighter, and a can of Axe?"

"Yeah, but his smooth-talking actually worked that time. He only got suspended instead of expelled."

The unconscious inmate is still unconscious. You loot a [.45] H&K Mark 23.

The laser sight on the Mark 23 doesn't fit your Glock 23. (Technical reasons prevent this too. The pistol with a laser sight you saw earlier has a bodygroup for a laser sight. The Glock 23 is from a different prop pack and has no laser sight bodygroup.)

You make your way away from the elevators and the corpses, dragging an unconscious inmate by the testicles the entire time. The doctor, oddly enough, does not question any of this. He's definitely seen some stuff before in his life that is far worse than what you're doing, that's for sure. Or maybe he's just scared stuffless because you beat someone to death.



Another hallway, and another pile of corpses everywhere. Neat. You can also go left or right once again. To the left, you hear the familiar sounds of inmates, doctors, and security guards yelling, screeching, stabbing, shooting, and beating each other. To the right, you hear something big and nasty crashing into something, followed by audible radio chatter, gunfire, and distorted voices communicating with each other. One voice stands out from among the others, barking out orders in a harsh tone. Whoever just crashed into the hospital, they're coming in loud and proud!



"Is that the police?" The doctor accompanying you asks. "Finally! Let's get the hell out of here! To the right is the foyer! To the left is nothing but more of those crazies trying to kill us all!"
