Line tool and shape tool are now one thing and EVERYTHING has to be finalized with an enter push, and it's awful.

of note is how many add-ons it breaks

chrome with extension

Reboot chrome, double check Chrome's GPU diagnostics to make sure hardware acceleration is on. If it's not, enable overriding the software rendering list.
stuff, SMF keeps trying to insert HTTP:// behind the internal Chrome links. Accursed ancient forum engine. chrome://gpu/ & chrome://flags/
