i usually always understood a grammatically lacking typing style to represent a person who's more relaxed and informal with those around him/her.
if there are various misspellings within said "relaxed" typing, i usually just default to "this person is stupid"
Puerto Rico has 1 non-voting representative, and ZERO electors for president. It has no part of the American system: it cannot vote for its country's leaders, a meaningful representative position nor for 2 senators. It has 6.5 times more people than the least populated state, Wyoming. If it can't reach statehood, it at least needs appropriate representation such as 6 representatives in the House.

i'm pretty sure that not typing with complete correct grammar AT ALL TIMES doesn't make you uneducated. i mean, those twenty pages of grammatically correct history papers i've written totally don't matter because i don't capitalize some letters in the internet.
Your OP sounded like you were just the "idea guy". I wasn't trying to be mean, I was just stating that you're being overly secretive and wanted to know whether you were actually going to do anything useful yourself on it, or if you just wanted a "code monkey".
