The add-on is called Client_ZView and there is a control to toggle it on/off if you don't feel like removing it from your add-ons folder.

ive removed the addon called chase cam, but its still there

(i dont know which addon it is but i added all the addons at once from the rtb archive)

I'd suggest DaProg's, the server for it is usually up and functioning.
You might have to rename it to System_ReturnToBlockland.zip, this is just a link to Greek2Me's modified version of it to fix a known bug of it not parenting disconnect properly.

Try deleting Hat_Cakehat from your add-ons folder.

Try removing the addon "Hat_CakeHat" and see if that solves the problem.

If it doesn't please paste the exact runtime error that is being thrown.
