Of course it has bloody different commands. But that tutorial, if you actually read it, teaches you the basics of TORQUESCRIPT, which can be applied anywhere where you use it. It doesn't actually teach you how to use every functionality of Torque3d, just how to use torquescript.

2. I think it is possible, but if it is like from a paid server host (not actually owning the server), you may have a few problems (bandwidth, computer usage). I'm not completely sure, and it varies by what kind of server.
