when i put a the RGB light on a brick, it only does the color green

Help / Duplicator Help!!!!!!!

when i try to do duplicate something, instead of duplicating, all it does is say <my name> does not trust you to duplicate this. I have all ready tried re downloading it in two ways!! 1. deleting the present one and then re downloading it from RTB. 2. Re downloading it without deleting the first one.
