jazz would probably sit tight in the car and say "it's ok i abide by the laws!" and then wait for the bikers to drag his ass out of the car and beat him senseless. "it's alright the cops will help me!"

i never said it was a sensible thing to do, or that i wouldn't have done the same thing as the driver

im saying it still isnt legally justified

brake checking and causing an accident is illegal you know.
and there is no debate that he did it on purpose, the video shows that.

committing a misdemeanor doesn't allow you to be killed by any valiant citizen who thinks he is above the law

because MITIGATING and AGGRAVATING factors were taken into factor, that jury/judge just so happened to believe the aggravating factors won

um no. the rover driver had not commited a single crime in this entire incident.

and how are you the judge of if 10 people attacking your car not being life threatening? that's a crime you know. assaulting a vehicle.

if even 1 person does It, its life threatening if the driver says it is. that's how it works. you save your life by judging situations by what you can handle.

its not legal to run someone over if they brake check you?

a minor crime /=/ justify nearly killing someone

ididium seems to still believe this was an auto accident.
police and news seem to disagree. video proof shows the bikers blatently caused it for the specific reason of wanting to start a fight.

iridium seems to be under the assumption that the rover driver started the violence. this wasnt the case.

iridium seems to think the rover fled the scene of an accident. seemed to have missed the paft where he sat there like a normal person would. until half a dozen angry men began attacking his vehicle.

iridium also seems to think that half a dozen angry men attacking your vehicle dosnt really mean your life is being threatened lol. how the hell can people this day and age be so handicapped.

i didnt say it was an accident anywhere, i dont believe so

i didnt say i believed he fled any sort of scene, he committed a violent crime and left

i truly believe 10 angry people that arent going to kill anyone would do much damage to a pretty solidly made Range Rover
