Help / Having trouble with mouse wheel

Hi, I've been playing Blockland for a while and I got a new computer. When I installed Blockland and got all my settings back, I opened a server to test everything out. Now when I try using the mouse wheel to scroll the paint can colors or bricks in my inventory, the scrolling acts a little jumpy. I try scrolling with the wheel and it just acts weird. It's just really annoying. Any idea on how to fix this?

My mouse is a Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000
