Hey when ever i try and take out a lone it says 500 is not a valid option how do i fix that?

How do u spawn banks, that police thing, and all of those computer things that u can get loans and such how do i spawn those?

Hey im having trouble because i heard that you need to have a dedicated server to make CityRp work so... if thats true anyone can help me? :P i get this error... it ask me to put in my serial key... it use to go past this part but now its not :( but it gives me an error... ok now its not only not going to part that gives me the error but it stops after i put in i think i should... here

so i am using dedicated.command it seems to be the closest

also it says i need dedicated.bat and it says i should have base/server/prefs.cs and i don't have those all i have is

OK now randomly without me touching it i wanted to try it again and it gave me this now i wen't to here and just stopped and than came up with this error...
