Not really. That possibly means that he may not be a steam member; either way that isn't an internet issue, non-steam blocklands have the steam API fail thing all the time (obvious reasons).
This is the reason. You are in Demo Mode. Just enter your key.
also steam memebr cannot use a key, because we dont have one

I looked through the console log and noticed something strange

  SteamAPI initialization failed.

Apparently the Steam API forBL isnt
Perhaps that could be a probable cause?
