So I was browsing the game files (specifically the sound files), and found a file called banned.wav. It was the sound of a beep. Instead, the game uses a mixture of the exit sound and admin join sound. Why is this?

So yesterday I was on a staticmap bedroom map with a few other players. All of the sudden, a person named S.W.A.T 7 joined and spammed the server (things like "*** YOU ****ING ****ER!!!") as well as heavily lagged it. He eventually left, but the lag kept going until I exited.
