I'd like to know who besides you, cybertails, thinks that fursuits have any correlation to bestiality whatsoever, because it seems to me like you're thinking that forgetsuit == fursuit.  Out of the little I know about the fursuiting community, I do know that they hate forgetsuits, and will blacklist you for owning one.  I also know that fursuiting is about putting on a performance, becoming a character, acting.  Does this mean you also despise street performers?  What about people in costumes at plays?

But none of that matters, because, to all of you who believe this, mus, biohazard, cybertails, etc, you shouldn't be condemning people and wishing death on them for doing harmless things they enjoy.  I strongly dislike fursuits too, but that doesn't mean I'm going to tell people who do like them that they're worthless scum and deserve to be killed.  I sincerely hope none of you ever have kids, we don't need any more ignorance and intolerance on this planet.

yeah okay, i saw the sequilitis too i can see your-okay hold the forgetin phone

Just because someone sort of well known says something, does not mean that everyone who ever had that notion, regardless of chronology, is getting their opinions from that person.  This logic is dangerously close to the "you're just jealous" argument fanboys of something say to rebut any and everyone's dislike of their idol.  It's rhetoric meant to degrade the value of someone's opinion.  And here's another one for you: I strongly dislike A Link to the Past too.

Other M is a decent game.  Other M is not a good Metroid game.  To enjoy Other M, one should treat it as though it isn't a Metroid game, and ignore the nonsensical and relatively nonexistent story.  (seriously, that story was just a whole lot of...nothing)  The point is the game itself is fun to play.

Zombies are stupid/boring.
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time isn't that good.
Metroid Other M isn't that bad.
Sports are incredibly boring, and a waste of everyone's time; I'd rather give myself acupuncture with serrated steak knives than watch any of them, let alone waste my time playing them.

On topic, my opinion is not what OP wants to hear; the only things I would recommend are XLR mic with a mixing board, audio interface, and boom stand setups with a $300 pair of IEMs, because I care about sound quality, and both halves of any headset have always sounded horrid to me.

"Afterglow headsets are precision tuned by an award winning Hollywood sound design studio to produce incredible audio depth, sonic richness, and clarity of sound"

LOLOLOLOL THAT'S TOTALLY HOW HEADPHONES WERK U GAIS!  What, are you crazy, there's no science behind sound, of course the design of the diaphragm and choices of wire material, thickness, winding gap, number of windings, overall weight, diameter of the solenoid, and the design of the headphone's enclosure and the materials used to make it don't have 99.9999999% to do with how the end product sounds!  stuff, just give that unfinished prototype right to some Hollywood studio engineers, they'll know what to do with it, because that's totally their field of expertise!

Slowly working on a Gamecube collection; I have the 3 DOL-001 colors released in the US, (indigo, black and platinum, and 001 is the original version with the digital output on the back) the Japan only component cable, a NiB white Japan only controller with the longass cable, the GBA link cable, and an original Wavebird.  I've probably forgotten some things...

Have a handful of games, but those are really for me to play, not for display, and I only have the case for a few.  I mainly want the rare hardware anyway.  I want a Gameboy Player, but I'm not willing to pay the absurd prices for one with the disc.  I want the LAN adapter, mainly so I can write/host a server for Kirby Air Ride on my computer and play with friends over the internet.  And I definitely want to pick up a Panasonic Q at some point.  I don't see any practical point in getting the ASCII controller, but if I find one for really cheap, I'll pick that up too.

The Gundam Char's set...idk, they seem to have come down in price...a lot.  Still more expensive than I'd be willing to spend, they're not items I actually want, they're just recolored (ugly salmon pink-orange) with a logo slapped on, they're boring, they do nothing interesting, or different.

My collecting is mostly practical, I use almost everything I own. :P

Java and C# are practically identical; I'd learn C# instead if I were you, it's becoming a very popular choice for games.

The whole sine wave/square wave/sampling thing is tempting, but I feel the "warmth" thing calling my name.

Warmth has nothing to do with sine or square waves, warmth in vinyl comes from the inherently high THD in the output of turntables, phono cartridges, and usually the preamps made for these rigs.  It causes a thickening of the sound, which people tend to find pleasing.  In particular, warmth is the thickening of the lower registers.  Personally, I want the most neutral and accurate reproduction possible, which goes hands down to digital.

PS. I'm not going to respond to anything else most likely, I don't want this to turn into a flame war, I just want at least some of the fallacies and hocus pocus surrounding vinyl cleared up.  Sound is a science, we have studied it extensively, and we know how it works, and why.  It's fine if you just like the way vinyl sounds, but it's not fine to believe it's objectively superior to digital, because that spectre has been objectively dispelled ages ago.

Though that might make you think I hate vinyl, I do own vinyl copies of several Skinny Puppy albums, most notably a sealed first pressing of Last Rights that's never getting opened. :P

God dammit, I hope it doesn't start tomorrow, cuz it's my birthday and we're supposed to go out to dinner. :I  At least we have a whole-house generator for this one, that hurricane like 2 years back or whatever was the reason we got it. :P

"Goosebumps", that's called ASMR, auto sensory meridian response.

It's kind of silly to have others share what gives them ASMR though, because it's different for everyone.  :P  What does it for me in music is a lot of unresolved note/chord progressions, made more intense with emotion, and how heavy the song is.  Also affected by the imagery the song gives me, but that's a whole other discussion.

I'm using these at the moment, excellent audio and microphone. You can also fold them :)
I'm using the black version.

You'd think so...until you hear something better.
