For me I get around 200 - 280 as low averages, and 280 - 300+ as higher averages.

are the top things to do to see if that will fix your problem
Does it happen on other servers?
Running blockland with no add-ons work, means that theres a conflicting add-on, now I need to know what it is...

So basically, when I start a server (Internet, LAN and Single-Player), I just come with a blank avatar player, is there anyway to fix this? A conflicting add-on? Please help!

I have very advanced knowledge of eventing, building and an expert on VCE (Variable Conditional Events) if its required.
I have the main knowledge of advanced administrating and as said, I am a very trustworthy administrator, I always do my duty and work hard to improve the server. I am kind and help other players of there requirements.
