Help / Email sent to Support still not Responded to

 I know it's the weekend and also the holidays so I'm not really rushing you, just wondering when I might expect a return email. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post.

The BL_ID is 9618. It's kinda old obviously but I'm sure I'm not banned.

Hey everyone. I just decided recently to get back into blockland. For a while I let my little brother use my account. I now re-entered my key and whenever I join any server it isnta-kicks me and says "Authentication failed for this BL ID". I looked for help but there were no fixes. I heard that other people using my account might mess it up. Well he has his computer in the same house, it's just down the hall. We connect to the internet through the same modem. Firewall has nothing to do with this as I've allowed blockland full access. My original name on blockland may have been something weird but I can't remember the original name. The current name I changed it to is TheToastHat. The name that was on it when I got it was DESTROY.  He probably changed the name a few times. If anyone can help me fix this I would GREATLY appreciate it.
