If you are careful and know what you are doing, it shouldn't. Don't ever host a public server in V20 unless you know what you're doing.

    What if I did a offline sever?

I figured it out!..It was in graphics, and it said HidePaintBox..

I was playing a sever when I died using the paint can, and the menu stayed there, and it still does when I don't have the paint can out. I don't have a picture, but it's the basic menu without the highlight.
