Enter Count Reginald Von Villainy (the little guy) and Mike (the big guy)

^{I ended up rushing this juuust a little toward the end due sudden bananas and not wanting to redraw anything else super big since I was almost done}

A couple things for continuity's sake:
Mike can shrink and grow to various sizes (I don't plan on keeping him the size of a building for too long so if that worried anyone never fear I suppose).

All you really need to know about Villainy is that his white-gloved hands are indestructible.
