What brought you to Despair Syndrome?: My friend Col. Burton recommended me to this server because he liked it.
How long have you been playing on Despair Syndrome?: Two weeks.
Reasons for seeking admin: There isn't much staff online most of the time, and multiple freekills at once is a huge burden for one admin.
Previous admin experience: Col. Burton's City RP, Sugar's family RP.
Other things you want to tell us about: I goof around a lot but when it comes down to business, i'm very professional about it.
(Optional) Suggestions and requests for the gamemode: The killer should be chosen at the beginning of the round during the day, and the room the killer spawns in should have a non-lethal weapon spawn in the cabinet.

you were given multiple warnings to leave my room, then you hit me with a wrench and tried to kill me. then i knocked you out and locked you in my room to prevent you from murdering more people.
might of been a good idea to screenshot them...

brother you literally stalked me around the map for like 3 minutes straight trying to kill me and then you knocked me out and then as soon as i would wake up you would insta knock me out the admins even saw you do lil brother

Col, what you're missing is the fact that if {L} was attempting to purposely ruin somebody's round it would have been incredibly obvious and easy to sort out.

Bans in a murder mystery are usually to prevent people from actively ruining more people's rounds and even with the limited amount of evidence I was able to draw the conclusion that {L} was probably not knocking somebody unconscious solely just to ruin their fun.

Is there any way to check to see if he {L} was provoked and/or attacked? Because like I said, a one-off freekill should be cautiously noted but not acted upon so harshly.

The only way i provoked L was by going in his room and saying that there is a party going on to everyone in the game.

Eddie was the one that essentially let me test throwing items at him when he stopped walking and stood still looking at me so I could try it.

2. I knocked out and locked eddiek203 in my room because he tried to kill me with a wrench and was thought to be killer. If he wasn't killer then it was attempted RDM.
