To be completely honest, I had a similar idea. But not really critiquing. I honestly think that this isn't really a good idea, but if you word it better, and most likely reform what you were trying to get across. Then I think it would work.

PS: This as a Clan is a terrible idea.

BL Critique is my new Steam group that judges the servers of Blockland, depending on their Building, Community, and Player-base.

"You are judging servers. isn't that rude?"... Well, not exactly. We judge the servers of Blockland so people can know if they are good or not. Blockland can be a scary place if you don't know what to play, so this is doing people a favor.
