Your sister copies your ideas because she looks up to you.  Play nice. 

I told her that she was stealing my ideas and she called me an starfish and said she didn't care that my server was down.

Didn't explain it well in the title, but..
My sister started making her own server which sometimes breaks mine, and she always copies my ideas. You see, I don't want that starfish silencing my server and using my ideas (and even save files). So, is there a way I can just shut down her server without shutting down mine?

I had my server up every day for the past month. Then my sister decided to make one, and mine stops working. I said "Hey, shut yours down because mine stopped working" and she was like "OMG! THERE ARE PPL ERE! wat did u say". So, is there a way to have 2 internet servers up at the same time? Because, it would be easier than kicking her ass to do it.
