1. Clone v.117 - Destroyed Trinity's City RPG server using the Trench Dig exploit I showed him, and then went and blamed it on me (he clamed to be my friend on other servers so I got banned for what he did on those too, he never was my friend, he's just a random I met on Trin's server).

2. Trinity - Believed Clone and wouldn't listen to the concrete evidence I had. And Clone conveniently quit IRC when I asked him about the incident.

3. Drasmatic - Crashed me out of Trinity's server then banned me.

That is all.

That model looks like it came from a set of models ripped from the actual game.

And BTW SketchUp models don't count in proving model theft, I've seen too many topics on these forums where a noob has found a look-alike of someones model in the 3D Warehouse and ran around yelling "ha! i prove you r not model for crap! i give myself cookie x1000 lolololololol!!!!1!!!1!!11!!!!one!!1!"

That is StratoFortresses model, I think. Know you didn't make it though.

I really hate people like you, judging books by their covers. *sigh* Why should I even bother to prove to you that the model is the result of my own hard work and not stolen from some obscure forum member? You're just going to disregard what I say and come up with some random fake evidence forcing me to post the .blend file so you can steal it and make it look like I stole it again.

Well, here goes.

Firstly, do you think this "StratoFortress" guy would prance around like a fairy-pixie and send me the original model (whatever format it may be)?

Secondly, if I'm so bad at modeling I had to steal that model, how did I post a render of it with no tread or textures? You're assumption places me in an intelligence level that probably has trouble even switching into edit mode in blender, so how would I be capable of selecting and deleting the faces that make up the tread?

You really need to check your facts before making accusations, just because two models look amazingly similar doesn't mean the later one was stolen. Did StratoFortress ever get it in game anyway? Did he get the blank and black25, 50, 75 textures the way I made it? Does he have a finished add-on that I can play with so I don't have to go through the agony of scripting a tank AND trying to cram the truth into your stubborn skull?

I'd really love it if you could answer those questions with as much speed and detail as you can manage.

Thank-you for your time,
WillWill56

Stolen model. It has been stolen before.

Proof?

How far I am on the tank:

The turret is just for show at the moment, I'll separate it from the model for mounting later.

Modification Help / Milkshape 3D or Blender?
« on: June 23, 2009, 07:55:19 AM »
Which is better? Blender has the ability to make custom collision meshes (which appeals to me) and reference meshes that won't get exported unless they are parented to detail 32 (great for working out scale), but Milkshape 3D seems easier to use and provides a better working environment, and also seems to support more formats.

(If there's some other über awesome 3D modeling program, suggest it!)

Which should I choose, and which do you use?
(Take into account that I can easily adapt to any modeling program you throw at me.)
